Time to Lawyer up
Feinberg is standing between me and my money. He has been calling my bluff. Well I have lawyered up. It is so sad that no one does the right thing until a judge makes them. Thanks for the Tar Foot BP
Strolling on Gulf Shores beach used to be a pleasant way to spend an afternoon. Still is just scrub the tar off your feet when you are done. This picture was sent to me from a friend. BP didn’t even give him enough money to buy a scrub brush and some detergent. This happened just a week ago so don’t worry there is plenty for everyone.

Trouble at Whitney Bank
Well I tried to cash that $14.61 cent check for lunch money Whitney Bank would not accept it. The problem is the check is made out to Condo Care. Well now that Feinberg recognises my business maybe that 20K is on it’s way. This check may be very useful if I end up turning to a lawyer. I will have to deposit it at my bank instead sometime in the next 165 days.

Found the Big Check
OK I did a little house keeping and found that $14.61 check from GCCF. Apparently that is interest between when they destroyed my way of life and when they gave me enough money to buy a used PT Cruiser. The funny thing is with this check I can wait 180 days to cash it not the 90 that they forced my hand with on that $5K check. I plan on contacting Jeff Sessions office in the morning to ask about my case. The next step is to start letters to BP’s Board of Directors. Maybe they should know what the small businesses down here think of Feinberg.

Update
I have sent registered letters to Feinberg’s office and resubmitted my claim forms. I have sent letters to Senator Sessions and Shelby. Letter to Rep Jo Bonner, letter to the Governor and State Atty General Luther Strange. I received a check from GCCF for like $14 and change I will try to find it, I think it is in my toolbox or somewhere in the kitchen. I think the check was for interest on the $5k check I cashed when the 90 day expiration was looming.
Feinberg’s office did respond to Jo Bonner’s inquiry into my case. They sent me a copy of the response. Basically saying I refused to give them my tax records and a few other lies. I will try to find that piece of paper too it kinda nails them down if I end up paying a lawyer. Jeff Sessions office seems to be on top of it too, I received a letter from his office saying that they are looking into my case.

I’m Back
Sorry I was gone so long. I lost my other contract and now am in the process of joining the illustrious 9.2%. Looks like my business will be no more. Times were already tough and if I take a full time job I will have to abandon Condo Care. I have a few oppertunities and can sell my pontoon boat. There has been much going on in my case mostly bad. I did not realise how many people were reading my post. I will update you bit by bit over the next week.

More Documentaion provided but still not enough?
I carried a stack of old 1099s and a receipt from the USPS to GCCF. I was going with the ‘Miricle on 34th Street’ defense; if the Federal Gov’t thru the USPS recognizes my existance how can Feinberg continue to pretend to not be convinced of Condo Care’s existence. So far The GCCF has received copies of business liscenses going back 5 years, a copy of Condo Care’s liability insurance, a letter from Condo Care’s bigest contractor, proof of membersip in the local Chamber of Commerce, Copies of invoices, Copies of letters addressed to Condo Care from BP Claims and RBC Bank. Rick looked me dead in the eye and told me that I needed better documentation.

The Stall is back on
I retuned to Gulf Shores office of the GCCF and shook Ricks hand again. He told me they now need my Tax Returns. Seven days wasted. Where was the phone call? Well I’ll dig up what tax records I can find and drop them off today but my next move is to contact Sessins, Shelby and Bonner. My sister lives in VA and has plenty of spare time she wants to spend an afternoon on ‘The Hill’ personally stopping at my reps’ offices.

Got a Phone call from HQ in Ohio
It seems most people cash a 5K check soon after receiving it. I got a concerned call from Feinbergs people. I hope I didn’t inconvienence them too much.
